Denhay Traditional Mature Cheddar - (Bridport)
Denhay Farmhouse Cheddar has been made in Dorset, just outside of Bridport, since 1959 using traditional skills, methods and milk from their own herds. It recently won 'The Best Mature Traditional Cheddar' at the World Cheese Awards 2009.

Dorset Red - Litton Cheney
The contrast of the deep amber core, with the dark smoked rind immediately draws the eye. The distinctive waft of oaky smoke provides a delicious insight into what is to come. The texture, not as firm as cheddar, slightly open and smooth, lends itself perfectly to the being naturally smoked. Once tasted, never forgotten, Dorset Red is delectable served on its own, but will readily partner many foods and drinks and deliver different taste cues on each occasion.

Woolsery Goat Cheese - Up Sydling
This cheese has won many awards including the coveted British Cheese Awards ‘Cheese Lovers Trophy’.This is a full fat hard goat cheese which is handmade from pasteurised goats milk. The cheese is naturally matured and develops a rind whilst maturing.Inside it has a firm smooth texture with a rich full flavour, without that strong goaty taste and is therefore ideal for those who are converting over to a goat cheese for health reasons. It is made with vegetarian rennet.

Somerset Goat Brie - Cricket St. Thomas
Has a delicate velvety soft white coat. When young it is mild and crumbly and has a slightly nutty flavour. As it ripens from the outside towards the centre, the white curd becomes softer and creamier, and develops a fuller flavour. The cheese is enjoyed at different stages of maturity, younger and firmer cheese is particularly good for crumbling into salads and for grilling. Try cutting in slices or in half, grill and accompany with caramelised onions and a rocket salad. Alternatively, for a very ripe consistency allow the cheese to mature up to the use by date.

| Somerset Brie - Cricket St. Thomas
Is creamy with a mild, fresh flavour and a soft edible white rind. The curd is the colour of straw, as it ripens from the outside in, it becomes softer, richer and with a fuller flavour. To enjoy our Brie when it is mature, we recommend that it is served during the week before the use by date. The cheese should be removed from the refrigerator at least an hour before serving. 3 Golds at the International Food Exhibition
